This Shipping Policy outlines the practices of WellnessRXPharmacy regarding the shipping of products ordered through our website or in-store. Shipping Policy - the basics

At WellnessRX Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering your health and wellness products in a timely, secure, and affordable manner. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, package, and deliver your orders.

1. Order Processing Timeframe

After receiving your payment confirmation, all orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing may take up to 5 days. You'll be notified if there are significant delays.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free Standard Shipping is available for orders over $75 CAD (before tax).

3. Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We currently ship to all provinces and territories within Canada.
Estimated delivery times:

  • Ontario: 2–5 business days

  • Other Provinces: 3–7 business days

We use reliable shipping providers, Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator, depending on location and order size.

4. International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We are focused on providing fast and reliable delivery within Canada only.

5. In-Store Pickup (Bradford, Ontario)

Customers near Bradford, ON may select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
Pickup orders are ready within 24–48 hours, and you will receive an email notification when your order is available.

6. Service Interruptions or Delays

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, postal strikes, or supply chain disruptions. While we do our best to ship on time, these factors may impact delivery. We will notify you of any expected delays.

7. Perishable & Sensitive Items

Some of our products (such as supplements or gluten-free baked goods, etc.) are sensitive to heat and handling. During warmer months, we recommend choosing expedited shipping to ensure product integrity.

8. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@wellnessrxpharmacy.ca within 3 business days of delivery. Include photos if applicable, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
