The following refund policy is intended to inform customers about the return and refund conditions for purchases made through our website and in-store. This document does not constitute legal advice. Refund Policy - the basics

At WellnessRXPharmacy, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. However, due to the nature of our products—especially health supplements and perishable goods—some restrictions apply.

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which a product may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

1. Eligible Returns

  • Unopened, sealed items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of purchase.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.

  • Items must be returned to our store or shipped back at the customer’s expense.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened items (unless due to adverse reactions, assessed case-by-case)

  • Perishable products (e.g., gluten-free baked goods, frozen foods, raw foods, refrigerated items)

  • Supplements or vitamins due to health and safety regulations

  • Final sale or clearance items

3. Adverse Reactions

If you experience a health reaction from any of our products, please contact us immediately. Refunds or exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis, and we may request details about the reaction for safety and product review purposes.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Email info@wellnessrxpharmacy.ca with a photo of the issue for review. We'll do our best to resolve the situation quickly.

5. Consultation & Service Refunds

Refunds for nutrition consultations or clinic services must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Missed or late cancellations are non-refundable.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
